Meet the founders

Paula Graner

Paula shares her passion to make life “just a little better” for every person she encounters. She creates training programs specific for the needs of today’s business environment. Paula utilizes her years of experience in human resources as foundation for training topics trending today. She recognizes effective communication in all aspects of work are the fundamental skills needed for companies and organizations to thrive. Paula identifies “trending topics” in today’s business climate and recently she has worked with businesses across the region delivery training on Crucial Conversations, Better Decisions, Fewer Regrets, Supervisor’s Survival Guide: Preventing Employee Lawsuits, and Spread too Thin – are you operating at “just ok”?

Among her many accomplishments, Paula is a certified facilitator of the Empowered Women Community, a certified trainer, with The John Maxwell Team, a Results Coach trained by Robbins Research International, Developmental Dimensions International and she is a certified Professional in Human Resources.

Josi Senger

The process of life has brought Josi to the point she’s now at. Growing up as a ranch kid, graduating high school with 14 students, falling in and out of love, finding her way and graduating from chiropractic school, settling down in North Dakota, then somehow opening her own chiropractic wellness practice has shown her just how messy, heartbreaking, powerful, and beautiful the journey of life is.

As a deep thinker, problem solver, and health enthusiast, it has been Josi’s mission to inspire people to show up at their highest potential, through her professional and personal life. Now this does not mean perfection, however it means you are proud and honored to be in the skin you are in. Through the grace of God, we each are worthy of the opportunity to feel this.

The Blue Light Project is a platform where Paula and Josi share their gifts, experiences, and love of the journey and bring people together to shine their light.
